Coda at the meeting of the Sage Council.

Coda is one of the three members of The Sage Council of the United Federation. It is assumed that she is the person primarily responsible for having Dewey Novak released from prison, ironic as this action would eventually cause the Council's undoing.  Dewey eventually turned traitor and began a coup d'etat against them, using a clever ruse to besiege the Capital City and kill Sages Braya and Kuzemi.  Coda is the only remaining member of The Sage Council, as Dewey did not kill her during his rebellion, hinting that he needed her either as a puppet to ligitimize his rule, to gain access to restricted assets, or perhaps because she had actually been in league with him, assisting in his victory over her own government.
