Kazuyuki Kinjo is a local musician on Iwato, and the father of Gazelle.
He is one of the many locals who hate Ao Fukai and his mother for allegedly bringing misfortune upon the island and wishes to turn Ao over to Japan for Okinawan independence. Kazuyuki, and a few other locals, including Mitsuo Arata, brought Ao to his music studio after the fall out at Iwato when Ao saved the island from a Secret aboard the Nirvash Neo.
