Maggie Kwan (マギー・クァン Magī Kwan) is an IFO pilot working for Generation Bleu in Team Goldilocks until the Quartz Gun firing in Norway after which she is now an IFO pilot for the Allied Forces
Her best friend is Maeve McCaffrey, another IFO pilot for Goldilocks. Like her comrade and friend Fleur Blanc, Maggie possesses feelings for Ao Fukai.

After Ao fired the Quartz Gun, the world was changed so that the members of Team Goldilocks who were also a part of Generation Bleu never joined the organization with the three never crossing paths with one another.
Maggie joined the Allied IFO squad, where she met Elena Peoples.
In episode 21, when she touched the controls of an IFO, a sudden flashback of her time in Generation Bleu appeared, though she doesn't know what it was. Eureka suddenly appeared before Maggie and Elena; and after listening to Eureka and Elena's conversation and some research, it was she who discovered that Elena was in fact from the past, and not from "another world".
In Lord Don't Slow Me Down (One More Time), Maggie briefly meets Maeve McCaffrey at the McCaffrey family bakery with the two engaging in a brief conversation before Maggie heads off to join her family who are traveling to Hong Kong.
