Colors

Well, is it an issue? There are 16777216 colors anyway, and what do we care about the manga artist's preferences anyway? --koイsuru (talk) 07:28, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

If you're talking about the eye and hair color then I wrote it so as to be consistent with the eye and hair color mentioned in the rest of the article. It would not do to have one color specified in one paragraph and another in another. See: Help:Color if you wish to compare the colors. Zero Sign - Zero - Talk 12:59, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

Section about "Samuel Joo"

So does anyone understand the bit about "Samuel Joo" at the bottom? I read it and couldn't make heads or tails of what it was trying to say. Plus there is no article for "Samuel Joo".

Eureka has kids!?!

In her section, it says she has kids.

Dillian Joo and Jyan

When did this happen?

Will there be a sequel to AO??

!) of course Eureka has kids - 3 adopted and 2 biological. She adopted the eldest ones 3 years before the main timeline of E7 took place, and she had her own kids a couple of years after the final episode of E7. As for an AO sequel, I highly doubt that will happen, because BONES is too involved in other projects and the show's own producers admitted they had trouble putting together a story with Renton and Eureka in it with their son.

Original name

The symbols used here are

エウレカ (sounded as Eureka on Google Translate)

while

ユリーカ (sounded as Yurīka on Google Translate)

is used at w:c:Pokemon:Bonnie, who is also translated as being "Eureka".

Should these possibly be romanized differently? It seems as if the protagonist of Eureka Seven's chosen symbols, or at least the first two (though the first ones look similar) may more closely resemble the mimicked word, since it produces E U Re instead of Yu rī (I am not entirely sure what the long symbol over the I does though...

The Bonnie char I think is pronounced "YOO REE KA" kind of like the protagonist of Eureka's Castle while (and I remember from watching the subs) the star of Eureka Seven is like 4 syllables... EH OO REH KA.

If they are sounded so differently then shouldn't we romanize them differently? talk2ty 02:46, January 15, 2016 (UTC)

EH OO REH KA is how it's occasionally pronounced in the English dub. Some of the VA's are pretty consistent with it, while others will pronounce it as EH REH KA. As far as I remember, the Japanese VA's pronounce it like "Erica". I believe it's listed as "エウレカ" in the paper's Axel has in the credits of Ep 50 if I recall correctly.
