The Terminus typeR909 (ターミナス type R909（通称 キュー・マル・キュー） Tāminasu type R909 (Tsuushou Kyū Maru Kyū)) is a Light Finding Operation piloted by Holland Novak.
Description[]
The R909 is magenta in color, and its head has a pair of pentagon-shaped sensors, arranged one above the other. It is equipped with a pair of boomerang knives and a high-powered laser cannon. It was designed as the successor to the Terminus typeR808 and addressed most of its shortcomings. However, the changes to the fuselage caused its center of gravity to be shifted downward, making precise control difficult. Like the Mon-soono series, it has an optional Compac feedback system.
History[]
It can be assumed the R909 was picked up by Holland sometime after forming Gekkostate. The 909 is used very frequently by Holland as his main LFO, although it is sometimes substituted for the 606. It was later destroyed by Anemone when Holland attempted to stop her from attacking Renton and Eureka when they were attempting to pass the Great Wall. Anemone used Nirvash type TheEND to wrap its claws around it and bind the 909's torso, then ripped it in half. The wreckage of 909 was last seen tucked under a sheet and ropes on a cleanup truck. Left without his go-to LFO, Holland resorted to using the Terminus B303 "Devilfish".
Trivia[]
Like the rest of the Terminus series LFOs, the 909 is a reference to the Roland TR-909 drum machine.
